Mission

In the Bible, Psalm 34:6 says, “This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.”  Our goal and hope is that each man, woman and child would hear of this Redeemer, Jesus Christ, who can save them out of their troubles. Furthermore, in Hebrews 13:5 He promises that He will never leave us or forsake us. But how will they hear if no one tells them. WBF has fitted their shoes with the Gospel of Peace (Eph. 6:15) and said, “Here Lord…send us.”

Taco Tuesday

When Jesus ministered to those around Him, He often shared a meal with them and discussed things of the kingdom. Thus, in an effort to emulate Christ, we have adopted this same model and applied it to this ministry. Twice a month a team of volunteers heads down to the Fauquier Family Shelter to serve tacos prepared with supplies donated by members of our congregation.
